What is Qigong?
Qigong is a practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong is translated to "energy work". The skillful use of movement and breath lead the practitioner to better health and wellness through balancing the dan tiens (or energy sources of which there are 3). Qigong can be done at ALL levels of ability and wellness as well as can be done laying down, seated, or standing. The limit does not exist! I have a 200 hr certification from Yoga Farm Ithica and teach classes both in person and online.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing recognizes that the whole world is made of sound (vibration) and that each of our bodies is tuned to a specific vibrational pattern. Often, our bodies because of trauma, stress, or injury are thrown out of harmonious vibrational patterns. Sound Healing works to combat the disharmony by the skillful use of instruments to bring about regulation again and promote the body's ability to heal while giving you insights and lessons along the way

Sound Baths are group experiences of sound for the use of group regulation and entrainment. Individual sessions are much more pointed toward the individual's specific struggles.

I have diplomas in both individual and group sound healing from the Academy of Sound Healing and offer individual sessions in person and online as well as group sound experiences both in person and online.
